LATE & CANCELLATION POLICY

When you make reservations, we turn away others. We reserve time, space and therapist exclusively for you. If you cannot keep your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. There is a 50% cancellation fee for no shows or same day cancellations that are less than 24 hours of the appointment time.

Credit card information is required to hold your reservation for 3 guests or more.

Late arrivals will receive the balance remaining in treatment time. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late, we cannot guarantee your appointment and cancellation fee may apply.
